BTL Series transfer car is powered by dragging cable. The power source 380V-690V alternating-current is leaded into electrical control cabinet by cable,which controls the motor to make the car start, stop, move forward and move backward. The cable is laid between two rails and the operation voltage is 36V.Hydraulic lifting system can be mounted on the car to meet the demand for car lifting.PLC mounted on the car can realize full automation operation.The series transfer can be applied in the occasion such as high temperature, anti-explosive environment.Simple structure and low cost make it very popular for crossing bay transportation Compared with BXC Series car.there is no limitation of running time;compared with BDG Series car,there is no insulated requirement for the rail erection:compared with BJT Series car, the cost is lower. The series car is suitable for running distance less than 20m, high using frequency,low car-height demand.And the towline is alternative to prevent the cable from abrasion if necessary.
